The New Roxbury Land Trust, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization
created to:

Preserve
and enhance the rural New England character of the Town
of Woodstock, CT and surrounding towns. |

Preserve
the benefits of open space reserved and protected from
industrial, residential or commercial development.

Promote
the beneficial, undeveloped use of acquired real estate
for forestland, agriculture, wildlife habitats, greenbelts
and other similar uses.

Hold
development rights, including Conservation Easements and
Rights of Way, while keeping land in private ownership.

Support
the purposes of the Land Trust:
Your membership dues support the acquisition and conservation
of land managed by The New Roxbury Land Trust.

Tax
deduction: Since The New
Roxbury Land Trust is a non-profit, corporation, membership
dues and donations are tax-deductible, as provided by
law.

Vote:
Each member is entitled to one vote on matters brought
before the officers for action at meetings of members. |

Meetings: You will be notified
of annual and special meetings.
